TWe are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Children’s Football Coach to join our growing grassroots club, working with age groups from Under 5 up to Under 12. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing young players in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

What the Role Involves

  • Coaching children aged 4–12 in structured, engaging football sessions
  • Delivering team training during weekday evenings
  • Supporting teams during weekend fixtures (minimal hours, not full days)
  • Creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages confidence and teamwork
  • Communicating effectively with players, parents, and club staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or coaching youth football
  • A positive, energetic approach and a genuine passion for player development
  • Reliability, good communication skills, and a child‑centred mindset
  • Our coaches must be driven, passionate and coach to an elite standard.
  • Coaching and Playing experience at a High Level preferred but not required.
  • A driver is preferred but not essential due to travel between training and match locations
  • Coaching qualifications (FA Level 1/Introduction to Coaching Football & Higher) are desirable but not essential

The role is part time with hope to progress into a full time role within the near future based on performance.
