Your Essential Position As a Fulfillment Specialist, you are the vital first link in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You are the engine of our warehouse operations, ensuring every product is swiftly and accurately sent to our customer base. This role is a foundation for professional growth, where you will work with a dedicated team to maintain a high-performance, organized, and efficient distribution center.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Be a Key Contributor
Master of Accuracy: Take charge of picking, packing, and documenting customer orders using modern tablet and scanner technology.
Quality Control: Ensure every item leaving our warehouse meets our standards—no missing pieces, no damaged goods.
Operational Excellence: Maintain organized stock levels and keep the warehouse running efficiently.
Problem Solver: Quickly spot and correct any incorrect descriptions or stock numbers to prevent shipping errors.
Team & Environment Builder: Take pride in the general maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of your work area.
Safety First: Adhere strictly to company safety procedures to protect yourself and your teammates.

YOUR ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Laser Focus: Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must.
Clear Communicator: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with your team.
Logistics Experience: Previous order fulfillment, picking, or packing experience is strongly preferred.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing tablets, scanners, and warehouse management software.
Inventory Insight: A basic understanding of warehouse policies, procedures, and inventory systems is a plus.
THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ready for the Fast Pace
You must be capable of completing various physical activities throughout the shift, including extended periods of walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
You must be able to safely move, lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds at a time.
Must be able to read and write effectively in English.
