Job Overview
We’re looking for a pro-active, commercially minded Marketing Executive to support the continued growth and success of our Premium, Conferencing & Events, and matchday offerings. This role will play a key part in delivering high impact marketing activity that drives revenue, retention, and stakeholder satisfaction across multiple areas of the business.
Brentford continues to evolve both on and off the pitch, and this role will directly contribute to strengthening our premium proposition, enhancing our stadium event portfolio, and supporting the club’s expansion into new markets. From launching new Premium products to supporting our domestic and international growth strategy, you will ensure marketing delivery is strategic, timely, and aligned with the club’s wider commercial objectives.
The role will lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing requirements for new Premium products going to market, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed on time and to a high standard. You will also drive marketing activity that supports Premium Seat Holder retention and satisfaction, while generating new seasonal and ad-hoc sales through targeted and compelling communications.
You will take ownership of marketing for third-party events hosted at the stadium or externally and also deliver Conferencing & Events marketing campaigns that enhance retention, grow awareness, and strengthen Brentford’s reputation as a leading West London venue.
Working closely with the CRM Executive and wider marketing team, you will assist in developing CRM resource and supporting segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. You will also play a key role in the implementation of the club’s evolving food & beverage matchday strategy, providing marketing expertise and recommendations to ensure it is effectively communicated and commercially successful.
You will work within the Marketing team, collaborating closely with Club Marketing, Commercial, Premium, Operations, Partnerships and external stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns that drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end marketing activity that drives revenue, retention, and stakeholder satisfaction across Premium, Conferencing & Events, and matchday offers.
Lead go-to-market marketing for new Premium products, ensuring campaigns are strategically planned, high quality, and delivered on time.
Execute targeted marketing communications to increase Premium sales (seasonal and ad-hoc) and support Premium Seat Holder retention and satisfaction.
Own marketing for third-party events hosted at the stadium or externally, ensuring strong delivery, measurable impact, and positive stakeholder feedback.
Plan and deliver Conferencing & Events marketing campaigns to improve retention, grow awareness, and strengthen Brentford’s reputation as a leading venue.
Work with the CRM Executive and marketing team to develop CRM resource and support segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
Support implementation of the club’s food & beverage matchday strategy, providing marketing recommendations and ensuring clear, effective, commercially focused communications.
Collaborate with Commercial, Premium Services, Operations, Partnerships, CRM, and external stakeholders to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
Contribute to the evolution of the role through involvement in broader strategic marketing initiatives as the club grows.
Contribute to delivering all marketing requirements for investors and Board stakeholders.
Knowledge
Essential
Demonstrable experience in a marketing role, preferably within sport, events, hospitality, venue, or commercial environments.
Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting.
Demonstrable experience supporting revenue-driven marketing activity, with a strong commercial mindset.
Experience working with CRM systems, including segmentation, campaign management, and performance analysis.
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, paid media, social media, and web.
Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working cross-functionally and with senior leadership.
High level of organisation and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for reporting and presentation purposes.

Basic knowledge of CRM segmentation and simple automation to support more relevant communications and retention.
