Lead Football Coach (Weekends & Evenings)

We’re looking for an outstanding Lead Coach to deliver our football programmes. This role is perfect for someone who brings energy, warmth and leadership to every session and understands that football at this age is all about fun, confidence and first experiences.
About the Role
As our Lead Coach, you will:
- Lead engaging football sessions for children aged 18 months to 12 years
- Be the face of our TOTS and Football Fun and Development programme on weekends and midweek evenings.
- Deliver sessions that are fun, inclusive and developmentally appropriate
- Create a brilliant experience for both children and parents
- Uphold the high standards of the Football Fun Factory brand
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is confident, energetic and enthusiastic
- Loves working with toddlers and parents
- Has strong communication and leadership skills
- Can confidently manage groups and lead sessions independently
- Understands that engagement and enjoyment come first
- Is reliable, professional and passionate about coaching
Coaching qualifications are desirable but personality and presence matter more — full training on our programmes will be provided.

The Football Fun Factory has a proven business model that allows superstar Head Coaches to earn between £25-50,000 per year. The FFF franchise opportunity provides a fantastic work-life balance and our £25-50,000 yearly profit has been proven to be achievable within the first 12 months of operating.
We're on a mission to recruit the very best UK coaching talent to join our incredible team. For this reason, we keep the barriers to entry low for the right candidates. Our franchise fee is just £5,000, plus an ongoing service management service fee of 12% of your businesses revenue per month.
Our truly unique football experiences include three football inflatables. Our inflatable pitch, goal and dartboard are all incredibly popular with the children attending our courses, but it's the superstar coaches that bring our experiences to life.
