About Us

Elite Football Coaching delivers structured, high-performance football development sessions for committed players aged U7+, supporting their progression from grassroots football towards academy-level environments.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and professional football coaches to join our coaching team in Northampton.

The Role

As a Lead Football Coach, you will:

  • Deliver two structured 60-minute group coaching sessions per evening
  • Coach with clarity, energy and purpose
  • Maintain high standards in session tempo, behaviour and organisation
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to support player development
  • Communicate professionally with players and parents
  • Represent Elite Football Coaching positively and professionally

Coaching Environment

You will be working within a structured, development-focused programme with:

  • Committed and motivated players
  • Clear session plans and coaching frameworks
  • Support and mentorship from experienced senior coaches
  • Emphasis on technical development and quality learning

Pay & Hours

  • £30–£45 per evening (two 60-minute coaching sessions)
  • Regular Coaching Days:
  • Mondays: 4:30pm – 7:15pm
  • Fridays: 5:00pm – 7:45pm

Additional Paid Opportunities

  • School holiday camps: 8:00am – 3:45pm
  • Weekend coaching sessions
  • Extra evening groups as the programme expands

This role offers the opportunity to build regular, consistent part-time coaching hours with increased earnings and responsibility over time.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • FA Level 1 minimum (UEFA C preferred)
  • Experience delivering football coaching sessions
  • Strong communication and professionalism
  • Ability to deliver sessions independently
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable and committed approach

Preferred

  • Full UK driving licence and access to transport
  • Experience working with players aged U7–U14
