Hospitality Sales Executive – Wigan Warriors

Job Description

Purpose:

The Hospitality Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of Wigan Warriors’ matchday hospitality and related premium experiences. The role focuses on proactively identifying and converting sales opportunities, building strong relationships with new and existing customers, and delivering outstanding service that reflects the values and reputation of Wigan Warriors.

 

Key Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Sell hospitality packages including lounges, boxes, and matchday dining.
  • Prospect and secure new business via outreach calls, networking, and presentations.
  • Support account management for existing clients to maximise renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Assist in delivery of matchday hospitality and business events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

 

What are we looking for:

·       Demonstrated sales experience—preferably within sports, stadiums, or arena hospitality.

·       Confident communicator with strong telephone and face-to-face sales ability.

·       Ability to work towards and exceed targets.

·       Strong organisational and administrative skills.
