As Technical Director, you will lead the implementation of high‑quality football experiences and drive thriving participation across Aotearoa. You’ll oversee the National Curriculum, Whole of Football 2.0 framework, and development pathways for players, coaches, referees, and administrators. Working collaboratively with the Head of Growth and Development and leading a skilled technical team, you’ll design and deliver strategies that build club capability, support talent development, and ensure clear pathways from community participation to elite performance.
