We are looking for someone to support the development of football through growing Hampshire FA’s recreational provision, focusing on England Football Programmes. The successful candidate will support the delivery team in retaining and growing participation across the male, female and disability pathways.
What will you do?
• You will lead the planning and delivery of new England Football Programmes across Hampshire
• You will provide support to existing England Football Programme providers
• You will support new providers to transition onto Club Spark and be a key driver for all England Football Programmes, such as Just Play Kickabout, Wildcats, Squad, Comets, Disability Rec and Learn to Play
• You will work with the Football Delivery Team in a variety of projects to hit key KPI targets
• You will work collaboratively with all Hampshire FA departments to deliver high quality events and support all local grassroots football.
