Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist training sessions aligned with our curriculum and game model
  • Coach players with intensity, clarity, encouragement, and accountability
  • Develop players holistically while reinforcing effort, discipline, and confidence
  • Model Pursuit FC's culture, values, and "Pack" mentality at all times
  • Support match day preparation, game management, and post-game reflection
  • Build strong relationships with players, families, fellow coaches, and community
  • Assist with camps, clinics, tryouts, recruiting, scouting, and club events as needed
  • Commit to continued personal growth as a coach and leader
  • Partner with our academy in communicating training needs of athletes

Qualifications

  • A motivated and self-starter with great (and consistent) communication skills
  • Previous coaching or playing experience (youth, high school, club, or collegiate level)
  • Holds a minimum of a National C Coaching license or is actively working towards or played professionally and willing to earn a coaching license
  • Creative and excellent leadership skills that will motivate athletes and families
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
  • Loves developing youth to achieve excellence and has a proven track record
  • Values culture and work ethic of the club and a willingness to hold players accountable
