The Role: 

We’re currently recruiting a Motion Graphic Designer within our Partnerships team to help us take things to the next level. The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for working with animation, audio, and visual effects to create moving content and graphics for various media across the commercial creative department. This role will work with the wider commercial team to drive consistency in the way we talk to our fans, our customers, our partners and our supporters. The role will work with the commercial departments in delivering world-class content that will support revenue generating initiatives.  

About You: 

Design and Animate Motion Graphics:  

  • Create dynamic and engaging motion graphics for all content platforms  
  • Manage, organise and maintain the quality of design throughout all phases of the project  

Brand Consistency:  

  • Ensure all motion design work reflects The Club’s brand identity, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials  
  • Create a cohesive visual language for all motion design elements that resonates with The Club’s audience  

Collaborate with Commercial Team:  

  • Work closely with the wider Commercial Team the ensure motion graphics are aligned with brand guidelines and strategies  
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and innovative design solutions for campaigns  
  • Contribute with ideas and creative solutions to improve digital content across the Club  
  • Be involved in creative discussions, provide innovative ideas and solutions and maintain high awareness of industry trends  

What you will bring: 

  • Sports or entertainment industry experience   
  • Creative thinker with strong awareness of design trends; able to build and evolve concepts that are both visually appealing and commercially strong  
  • Excellent knowledge of After Effects, Premier, Photoshop & Illustrator  
  • Strong content skills that will perform well on digital/social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Twitch etc)  
  • Experience in AI such as Runway and Mid Journey is highly desirable, Cinema 4D / Blender experience a bonus  
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of output – the ability to ensure accuracy whilst maintaining pace to ensure deadlines are met
