About Football Icon Academy Founded in 2018, Football Icon Academy has grown rapidly and continues to go from strength to strength. We now operate 15 development centres, work with over 1,200 players, and manage a fully operational academy based at Hayes & Yeading United. Our mission is to develop the next generation of footballers through innovative coaching methods that build confidence and enhance individual ball control.
