An exciting opportunity to support the medical provision across the First Team and the PGA pathway at Bristol City Women. We are seeking a proactive clinician with strong communication skills and the confidence to make clear decisions in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the Lead Physiotherapist and MDT to deliver high‑quality matchday cover and consistent clinical support within a demanding WSL environment.
What you can expect to get involved in
Provide pitch-side assessment and treatment of players during training and matches.
Take a lead role in the assessment and diagnosis of injuries sustained by players.
Arrange onward referral for appropriate imaging and specialist consultation as appropriate, informing health insurers / funding providers.
