Job title: Academy Designated Safeguarding Officer and Admin Assistant
Location: PFC Training Ground and other locations as required
Hours of work : 20 hours per week (4 weekdays, work pattern ranging from 9am to 7:30pm) Please note hours can be discussed, however the position requires you to work mornings and afternoons/evenings to meet the needs of the role.
Reports to : Academy Operations Manager and Secretary
Remuneration : £14,500 per annum (FTE £27,187)
Role summary
Portsmouth Football Club is looking for a Designated Safeguarding Officer and Admin Assistant to join their Academy.
The Safeguarding Officer will be the first point of contact for all safeguarding concerns within the Academy. They are required to work closely with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, maintaining confidentiality and keeping accurate records.
