Position Overview The Technical Director (TD) provides technical leadership, operational oversight, and developmental direction for Triboro United’s Comprehensive Soccer Program (U7–U19). This role ensures that all teams and coaches operate within a unified developmental philosophy, consistent style of play, and club-wide standards for training, competition, and player experience. The Technical Director works in close collaboration with directors and senior coaches to maintain alignment across the organization. This full-time position combines significant administrative and program management duties with on-field coaching . The TD serves as a coach mentor, curriculum architect, program manager and technical leader, responsible for elevating the quality,   cohesion, accountability, and unifying vision across coaches, teams and programs.
