The Membership Services Specialist is responsible for providing world-class customer service to Nashville SC season ticket members.  The Membership Services Specialist will manage an assigned base of season ticket member accounts, building strong relationships throughout the year to maximize renewals while delivering an extraordinary fan experience.  This position will report to the Senior Director of Premium Services.     RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned season ticket members, driving effective communication through phone calls, emails, face to face meetings, match visits, events and other various channels.  Prioritize season ticket member retention and satisfaction as a liaison between the season ticket members and the club.   Strive to achieve designated revenue goals each year through renewals, new business referrals, seat add-ons, relocations and upgrades.  Assist in coordinating season...

POSITION OVERVIEW: This individual will be a part of the Nashville SC Technical Operations team at Geodis Park. Assisting with the planning and execution of A/V support for private events and managing content for NSC matchdays. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with events team to understand audio-video requirements for private events. Set up, strike, and operate audio-visual equipment for various events happening in Geodis Park.  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events.
