Box Office Representatives are commonly the first point of contact for guests attending a match, so they set the tone for the entire fan experience.  Box Office Representatives greet each guest and respond to each request in a friendly and polite manner, while giving guidance and direction for any further needs.  The ability to proficiently navigate the ticketing system, as well a strong customer service background, is essential.
