We are seeking to recruit a Facility Manager to take the lead in ensuring operational excellence at the GoCardless Stadium, Culver Road, Lancing.
The Facility Manager will ensure the stadium is maintained as a vibrant, safe, and welcoming hub for football and wider community engagement, serving users from across Sussex. In addition, the role will play a key part in supporting the delivery of the Grassroots Football Strategy, helping to strengthen the future of the game at every level.
The role is responsible for creating a first-class football environment for all users and building strong relationships with our wide range of stakeholders including Lancing FC, grassroots clubs, leagues, schools and local residents. The Facility Manager will lead facility improvement projects, including upgrades, refurbishments, and long-term capital planning.
