The Club is seeking an ambitious and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead all audience growth and fan engagement initiatives across the business. Competing in the WSL2 but pushing for promotion into WSL1, this is a pivotal role responsible for driving ticket sales, merchandise revenue, fan data capture, community engagement, and digital growth. Reporting into the CEO, the Marketing Manager will develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies that grow attendances, deepen fan relationships, and strengthen the Club’s brand locally and nationally. The role will also work closely with the Ownership Group to support the rollout of portfolio-wide marketing concepts, while ensuring these are tailored effectively to meet the Club’s local fanbase and community needs. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Wolverhampton Wanderers as the Commercial Director.  The Commercial Director will lead the club’s commercial growth strategy, with primary responsibility for Partnerships and Sponsorship, Commercial Rights and manage supply side commercial agreements and lead of key commercial improvement projects across the football club. The role will drive revenue optimisation, strengthen commercial partnerships, and ensure the club uses data-led insights to inform commercial decisions across all business units. This position oversees the Head of Partnerships and holds responsibility for delivering sustainable commercial growth, maximising partner value, and setting KPIs for non-football areas of the business.
