About The Role   The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Lead Phase coach and lead on all programmes related to the Foundation Phase age groups, as well as supporting the transition of the Pre-Academy players into the Foundation Phase programme Key Accountabilities To work closely with Foundation Phase coaches, the Lead Phase and Head of Academy Coaching to develop and deliver a world leading development programme.
