An exciting opportunity for a sandwich year university student has arisen at Exeter City Football Club, who require a full-time (40 hours per week) Medical Intern.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to be an integral part of a performance team at a professional football club, and gain experience in the practical application of theoretical knowledge with elite football players. An effective Medical programme has been developed and the successful applicant will obtain extensive experience of its planning and delivery under the supervision of the First Team Physiotherapist. The successful applicant will form part of a multi-disciplinary team with the existing first team sport science, medical and coaching staff to optimise physical performance and minimise the risk of injury to all first team players.
