Barnes FC is seeking for a manager of newly opened clubhouse in Barnes. Previous hospitality and management experience required. Mandatory work on Saturdays (8 hours) and other weekdays (flexible hours) based on agreement with Club management. JOB DESCRIPTION   • To open and secure the premises at the correct times and in the correct manner. • To be fully conversant with the intruder and fire alarm systems and to report any problems that may arise with these systems. • To carry out regular & varied patrols of the grounds to deter theft, anti-social behaviour and to detect fire. • To record all incidents and tasks undertaken during every shift. Job Summary and Key Objectives: The Assistant Groundsperson will support the Training Ground Pitch Manager and will be primarily based at the Training Ground in Heston. As part of the grounds team, the role is responsible for the maintenance and preparation of training pitches, consisting of a mixture of DESSO-reinforced and soil-based surfaces. Key duties include, but are not limited to, cutting, marking, spiking, brushing, and surface grooming. The role also involves the upkeep of associated soft and hard landscaping areas to ensure the site is maintained and presented to a consistently high standard. There will be occasional liaison with Elite coaching staff to address any issues arising during training sessions.
