Sporting Kids FC is recruiting two experienced Youth Football Team Managers for the 2026/27 season in Hemel Hempstead.
We are looking for confident, reliable coaches who can take ownership of a grassroots youth team, deliver structured weekly training sessions and lead the team on weekend matchdays.
This role would suit an experienced grassroots manager, qualified football coach or assistant coach who is ready to move into a lead position.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality weekly football training sessions
Manage and organise the team on matchdays
Select squads, formations and playing positions
Communicate professionally with players, parents and club staff
Monitor individual player development and provide feedback
Create a positive, disciplined and inclusive team environment
Complete basic matchday and team administration
Follow club safeguarding and behaviour policies
