R esponsibilities you can expect are Responsibility for the development of the NGA Player portfolio in the Netherlands Lead club contact with a specific set of Dutch Based Clubs   Background & Skills Experience and proven network at sports director level within the Eredivisie Experience and proven background in managing a player portfolio Understand and able to manage and execute strategy, decisions and communicate to stakeholders at different levels; The ability to facilitate and drive change without losing focus on quality and reliability; Possess fluent (in word and writing) language skills for the English language. in possession of a FIFA Agent License
