Main Duties will include: Maintain the quality of playing surfaces across both pitches at the training complex. Manage training pitch preparations including marking, mowing, and overall presentation Monitor pitch usage and implement strategies to minimise wear and tear. Operate and maintain all grounds machinery and equipment to a high standard. Maintain a regular service schedule and report any equipment issues promptly.
