Part Time Lead Goalkeeper Coach in Manchester We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Goalkeeper Coach to lead our goalkeeping centre in Salford, Manchester on Monday evenings at Salford Sports Village between 6pm and 7pm. The candidate will coach a group of young and enthusiastic goalkeepers (aged 7-14 years old), mixing technical and tactical learning with fun and enjoyable weekly sessions. The candidate should have experience coaching goalkeepers before and be comfortable working with a group of young goalkeepers.  GK Icon Academies run 50 nights of the week across the UK aiming to develop the next generation of young goalkeepers with weekly goalkeeper training. About The Role • You will be the Goalkeeping Coach for the Youth Development Phase and will be required to attend all practice sessions and Sunday games. • Follow and adhere to the Clubs Playing and Technical Philosophy as set out in the Academy Performance plan. • Show an understanding of the Long-Term Athletic Development plan allowing players to reach their full potential.• Show understanding of individual, unit and team strategies in line with the Clubs vision. • To act in a manner appropriate to a representative of West Bromwich Albion FC and to ensure that all players in your charge also act in an appropriate way at all times. • Promote the Academy and Clubs Football Philosophy and Vision. • To enforce the players and parents code of conduct. • Ensure all Sessions are completed on the PMA at the end of each evening. • Complete all individual player Learning Objectives and feedback...
