We are pleased to share that we are recruiting for two Workday Training and Communications Specialists, one supporting Finance and one supporting HR, to join our Workday Change Management workstream. This role will focus on Finance and is offered on a fixed term contract until March 2027 and based at Wembley Stadium for two days per week.   You will design, develop and deliver The Football Association's Workday Training and Learning Strategy, Approach and Plan. You will support all impacted stakeholder groups through the transition to Workday and work closely with the Change Management Lead on the implementation of the new system. This includes training needs analysis, functional user training, end user support materials and a range of learning resources.
