Kick It Out, football’s leading equality and inclusion organisation, is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee our finance function and ensure robust systems are in place to support our ambitious growth plans. Working closely with the COO and Senior Leadership Team, you will manage financial processes, reporting, and compliance, ensuring we remain financially resilient and accountable to funders, partners and regulators.
Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Manage the day-to-day finance function, including cashflow forecasting, payroll, pensions, and supplier payments.
Produce accurate financial reports and analysis for the Senior Leadership Team, Board of Trustees, funders, and auditors.
Manage budgets and business planning in line with Kick It Out’s strategic priorities.
Oversee outsourced bookkeeping, year-end accounts, and the audit process.
