JOB SUMMARY The   Staff Accountant reports directly to the Controller and is responsible for performing the daily functions of the accounting cycle for D.C. United and its subsidiaries and affiliates. The Staff Accountant will process accounting transactions related to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger in adherence with generally accepted accounting principles. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, able to meet deadlines and is proactive in avoiding potential problems while recommending improvements to internal processes.
