Overview
The Temporary Coordinator will provide internal-facing administrative and operational support to the Safety & Security department. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate and is designed to be teachable, offering hands-on experience supporting day-to-day administrative functions, data tracking, and organizational processes.
Responsibilities
Assist with invoice submission and follow-up using Concur and internal systems
Support data entry, tracking and data clean up in Smartsheet, Excel and other tools for reporting
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, meetings and booking meeting rooms
Manage inventory by counting, sorting and logging received materials, maintain organized storage records
Prepare shipping labels and coordinate shipping and receiving as required
Additional Administrative responsibilities as assigned.
