• Wage: Will be based upon qualifications and experience. We are committed to coach development and will reimburse one (1) coach education course per year.
• Terms of employment: Full time or Part time

Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum NCCP Community Coach Workshop
• 2-5 years coaching experience at District, Regional or Provincial level
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in developing and working with an approved annual plan for training
• Strong Management and Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring Assistant Staff Coaches or Intern Coaches
Security and Safety
Criminal record check, First Aid/CPR/AED certified

Specific Skills
• Provide high-quality training for IFC Soccer School and Academy teams
• Utilize coaching resources and software to help plan and manage training sessions and match play
• Assist and facilitate coaching education and player testing/assessments
• Provide additional training services offered by the club such as camps, Grassroots, and additional programming
• Provide player progress reports semi-annually, and be available to parents, administrators and other professional duties
• Develop, plan and co-ordinate competitive schedules and programs
• Identify, observe and evaluate prospective athletes’ skills and performances, and review their past records
• Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance and modify training programs
• Participate in coaching clinic instruction and present material, content knowledge to peers
• Present materials at conference or symposium
