Football Community Development Officer - Swindon Town FC Community Foundation

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Community Development Officer will work alongside the Assistant Head of Foundation to:

-Deliver a variety of comprehensive football coaching activities in the local community that are age appropriate,

- Meet the needs of individuals and groups which are in accordance with the STFCCF scheme of work.

- To support with the development in all aspects of our Community Foundation including Sports Participation, Health, Social inclusion, and Education.

- Undertake administrative tasks related to the sessions that includes updating registers, consent forms, risk assessments, writing case studies that demonstrate impact of projects, and recording any outcomes and accreditations achieved by participants using relevant monitoring and evaluation systems.

-To work with our Assistant Head of Foundation to co-ordinate development of new projects. -To liaise with parents and carers when appropriate.

- To lead, motivate, mentor sessional staff. Work with individuals and/or groups from a range of abilities, age ranges and varying backgrounds.

-To ensure Safeguarding is at the forefront of everything we do.

-To undertake appropriate training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
