Job Summary
To manage the day-to-day food preparation and duties assigned by the Lead or Head Chef, meeting the Club’s standards and quality.
Duties
· To be committed to ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of all staff and elite players, promoting their well-being whilst maintaining professional boundaries;
· Preparing, cooking and presenting food to a consistently high standard;
· Supporting the senior chefs with the smooth running of the kitchen;
· Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards;
· Ensuring food preparation areas are clean, organised and well maintained;
· Managing your section effectively during busy service periods;
· Following recipes, specifications and portion controls;
· Helping to maintain high standards across all areas of the kitchen;
· Working as part of a professional kitchen team; and
Any other duties as reasonably assigned by the Lead or Head Chef when required.

· Has a passion for producing great food;
· The ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen;
· Excellent attention to detail and high standards;
· Reliable, organised and a great team player;
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop; and
· Holds a good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
Knowledge
· Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent;
· Previous experience within an elite sporting environment (desirable);
· Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety standards;
Qualifications
· Health and Safety Level 2 or above
Food hygiene Level 2 or above
Pay: £29,000.00 per year
