About Us:
London City Lionesses are part of the Kynisca group, setting a vision and building an infrastructure in which all the players and staff can thrive.

Owned by Michele Kang, our vision for Kynisca is to:
1. Become the most pre-eminent sports organisation in the world;
2. Have a high-performance culture of winning on and off the pitch;
3. Train women as women; and
4. Motivate and inspire the next generation of girls and women.

Our Values:
We Lead The Way | We Dream Big | We Get it Done | We Innovate | We Inspire our Community

Our Story So Far:
London City's first season in the Women's Super League saw us finish sixth, picking up more points than any newly promoted side in WSL history - while attendances climbed steadily at The Copperjax Community Stadium, culminating in a season-high gate of over 5,000 against Arsenal.

That momentum has carried straight into 2026–27. Our WSL opener against Manchester United sold out completely, with over 5,402 fans packing The Copperjax Community Stadium for the biggest home crowd in the club's history. It's been a summer to match: record-breaking signings including Ballon d'Or winner Alexia Putellas, Mary Earps, Mapi León and Kadidiatou Diani have transformed the squad, while a new front-of-shirt partnership with Nike - the largest women-only shirt sponsorship deal in football history - has set a new commercial benchmark for the women's game.

That's the platform for what comes next. Our ambition is simple and bold: to make sell-outs the norm at The Copperjax Community Stadium, week in, week out. Group sales to schools, community organisations, corporate groups, supporters' clubs and families will be central to turning every fixture into a guaranteed sell-out.

Role Purpose:
The Ticket Sales Executive is responsible for driving proactive lead generation and ticket sales for London City matches. This is a pro-active role: you will build and execute an outbound sales strategy that identifies, approaches and converts new group audiences - schools, junior football clubs, community groups, workplaces and corporate partners - into matchday attendees, with the goal of helping the club hit record group sales numbers and sell out The Copperjax Community Stadium this season.
Working closely with marketing, commercial and ticketing teams, you will lead outbound, sales-focused activity, manage a pipeline of group and corporate leads from first contact through to conversion, and work proactively to turn interest into booked seats ahead of key fixtures.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, target-driven self-starter with a passion for women's football, and ambitions to build a sales engine that delivers record group numbers. You will be comfortable picking up the phone, negotiating group deals, interpreting sales data, and proactively identifying new audiences to grow ticket sales.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities
1. Outbound sales & pipeline building (priority workstream)
·         Proactively identify and build a pipeline of prospective group sales leads across schools, grassroots and junior football clubs, community organisations, local businesses and corporate contacts
·         Develop and run a structured outbound prospecting process - cold outreach by phone, email and in-person visits - to convert leads into bookings
·         Own and manage a CRM/lead-tracking system to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates and follow-up activity
·         Devise and execute a season-long outbound sales calendar, aligned to the fixture list, matchday themes and promotional activity, to drive group ticket sales towards record numbers
·         Set and manage sales targets per fixture, with a particular focus on higher-demand matches, in support of the club's ambition to sell out The Copperjax Community Stadium

2. Inbound sales & customer service
·         Manage the group sales inbox and phone line, responding promptly to inbound enquiries and converting them into bookings
·         Support the main ticketing inbox, helping to manage volume and response times
·         Design tailored group packages and offers (schools, birthday parties, corporate hospitality, supporter groups) to maximise conversion and repeat bookings
·         Handle hospitality enquiries and upsell packages where appropriate to increase average order value
·         Work closely with the Ticketing Manager to ensure smooth booking, allocation and fulfilment of group sales, and with Marketing to align activity with community events and the matchday experience

3. Relationship Management & Reporting
·         Build long-term relationships with group organisers, schools and community partners to encourage repeat visits across the season
·         Represent the club at community events, school visits and local partner meetings to generate new leads
·         Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline volume and progress against attendance and revenue targets

4. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time-to-time by management

Club Accountabilities
1. To comply with all Club policies, procedures and practices and carry out your role diligently and in the best interests of the Club
2. To lead with a proactive, high-performance mindset and actively contribute to a winning culture on and off the pitch
3. To behave in a manner consistent with Club values and policies
4. To ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements.
5. To keep confidential any information gained regarding the Club and its personnel.
