THE POSITION
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Venue Design team, Functional Areas, stadium authorities, and key stakeholders to define, optimize, and validate overlay solutions, ensuring technical requirements are accurately reflected in designs and BoQs.
- Monitor the execution of overlay contracts in collaboration with the Overlay Cluster Manager;
- Manage change control and budget tracking, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule alignment;
- Coordinate and oversee the flow of technical information, including drawings, requirements, and updates, for the assigned venue;
- Maintain alignment with stadium authorities by monitoring construction schedules, planned renovations, and infrastructure upgrades;
- Oversee overlay delivery from planning through construction, operations, and reinstatement, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely handover;
- Track progress, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular status updates and supporting the resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies;
- Support operational design development by consolidating raw data into compliant base drawings and ensuring consistent coding and naming conventions for effective tracking and change management.
- Monitor stadium readiness, including maintenance activities, infrastructure upgrades, and rehabilitation projects, identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies that may impact tournament delivery and supporting the implementation of mitigation measures.
- Coordination and interaction with the Service Provider FAs (TEC, EGN, LOG, SGN, and others).
- Responsible for the Handover, Handback and Damage reports.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning or a related field.
- Proven experience in the production and delivery of large-scale events;
- Strong technical knowledge in temporary infrastructure;
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and implement effective solutions;
- Autodesk applications (AutoCAD, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.) ;
- Availability to travel if necessary.
- Strong experience in the production and delivery of large-scale events;
- Proven track record of managing complex and high-value projects across tier-one organizations.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
