An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join The Retail Stores team at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Senor Retail Stores Supervisor, on a fixed term contract for 9 months. This is an excellent role for someone who is passionate about customer service.

Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Take responsibility for the opening and closing of the store, ensuring all operational procedures are completed accurately and securely.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, upselling opportunities, and promotion of key campaigns and offers.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and housekeeping to create an attractive shopping environment.
  • Supervise, coach, and support a large team of retail assistants, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Manage stock control processes, including deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Be available to work matchdays as required, supporting the delivery of a safe, efficient, and exceptional experience for supporters and visitors.
