Derby County are seeking to recruit a Club DCFC Sales Administrator to join the Club DCFC department at Pride Park Stadium.

The successful candidate will be responsible forassisting in the smooth running and delivery of events at Pride Park Stadium, including Matchday Hospitality. Your primary responsibilities will be administering and coordinating day-to-day conferences, conducting interdepartmental meetings, confirming provisionally held bookings, agreeing on agendas and client requirements, tracking account balances and assisting with issuing tickets for home fixtures for hospitality guests.
In addition, the successful candidate will engage with customers to create/convert enquiries and ensure clients’ expectations are exceeded, designing bespoke and tailored packages to best suit the client’s requirements. You will build a rapport with clients, manage accounts to repeat business, and conduct client show-around to discuss their events in more detail.
Please note that you will be expected to work matchdays and special events as required.
