We’re looking for a Casual Foundation Phase Player Developer/Coach to support the Academy in delivering a high-quality, player-centred development programme within the Foundation Phase of a Category 1 Academy environment.
The role focuses on supporting the Foundation Phase workforce to develop players technically, physically, psychologically and socially across training and matches aligned to the Academy philosophy, playing style and performance plan.
The Club History:
Ipswich Town Football Club is a professional association football club, currently playing in League One, with aspirations of climbing back to the premiership.
The club was founded in 1878 and turned professional in 1936; it was subsequently elected to join the Football League in 1938. Ipswich won the English league title in 1961–62, their first season in the top flight, and finished runners-up in 1980–81 and 1981–82. They finished in the top six in the English First Division for ten years, apart from when they won the FA Cup in 1977–78.
