Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel during events to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity across the venue.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft, vandalism, and unauthorised access.
• Oversee access control procedures, including ticket checks and crowd management.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid if necessary.
• Enforce event policies and safety regulations in collaboration with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Prepare detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during shifts.
• Train new security staff on company protocols, surveillance techniques, and emergency procedures.

Experience

• Proven experience in security supervision or management within large-scale events or venues.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques.
• Certified in first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team of security personnel.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professionalism and discretion. Pay: £12.21-£18.24 per hour
