Supporter Liaison Officer

Job Description

Location: Leyton Orient Football Club, Brisbane Road, London, E10 5NF

We are recruiting for Matchday Supporter Liaison Officers to work at BetWright Stadium (Brisbane Road) for the
2025/26 football season, who will be responsible for providing all supporters with information and assisting with
feedback, enquiries and complaints on all first-team home matchdays.

We aim is to ensure that all supporters at Brisbane Road have a memorable experience and that successful
candidates will play a key role in delivering the best service possible.

Supporter Liaison Officers will be positioned inside and outside of the Stadium and will be at hand to help, offering a
friendly face, accurate information, and support to all who attend a Leyton Orient football match at Brisbane Road.


Key Responsibilities:

• Help create a safe environment for supporters
• Assist fans in getting around the Stadium and surrounding areas
• Provide information to fans on the local area, community, and public transport
• Have a good knowledge of Brisbane Road to allow fans to quickly move around the Stadium to give
assistance where needed
• To take note of and assist with all fan comments, suggestions, and complaints and to provide reports and
feedback to the Community Liaison Officer in order to improve the fan experience.
• Provide accessibility support to home and away supporters
• Use a well-rounded knowledge of football and Leyton Orient to assist fans in the best possible way
• To distribute ‘First Time Fan’ Certificates in the ground pre-match
• Commit to working all Leyton Orient home matchdays (This will entail numerous Saturday afternoons and
some occasional Tuesday evenings throughout the season, but Kick off times are subject to change)
• Run and assist with fan engagement activations, including but not exclusive to: Score Prediction, Minute to
Win it and Fan Zone

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• A clear and valid DBS Certificate (You will be required to have an up-to-date DBS before starting
employment)
• A strong team player

• Ability to work on a team as well on your own without supervision in a busy environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
