We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and hands-on People Advisor to join our team on a full time permanent basis. This is a true generalist, operational HR role at the heart of a fast-paced professional football environment. You’ll be embedded within the club, providing day-to-day HR support across all departments.
The successful candidate will provide expert HR advice and coach Managers and Heads of Departments to drive our goals and address people-related matters. Fostering strong relationships with your partnered areas, you will tailor support to their needs while engaging leaders of the business to manage formal and informal employee relations cases to successful outcomes.
This is not a desk-based policy role. We’re looking for someone visible, proactive, and confident working directly with managers and employees across the business.
