Role overview

Job Title: Fundraising Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 + Benefits

Contract Type: Permanent 

Line Manager: Head of Fundraising 

Role Summary: To provide administrative support to the Partnerships and Fundraising departments within the Foundation.

Objectives

  • Provide key administrative support that enables smooth coordination across several key functions.

  • Maintain accurate records on key software to support the department.

  • Contribute to the effective delivery of partnership commitments and fundraising activities, as and when required

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential 

  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities with accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalUnderstanding of collaborative working and fundraising activity.
  • Competent with digital tools, software and systems
  • Driving Licence

Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable

  • Awareness of charity sector and in particular.
  • Worked in Charity Sector previously.
  • Good knowledge of local businesses and why they may support the Foundation.
  • Understanding of Foundation event logistics and participant experience expectations.
