DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner Relationship Management: Owning and managing the day-to-day relationships of assigned corporate partners, serving as the primary point of contact and building trusted, long-term partnerships through consistent communication and strategic guidance.
  • Partnership Fulfillment & Execution: Ensuring all contractual assets, benefits, and deliverables are fulfilled accurately, on time, and at a high level of quality, while proactively identifying and developing innovative opportunities to expand and enhance partner relationships.
  • Strategic Partnership Activation: Developing, planning, and executing innovative, integrated activation concepts that align partner business objectives with Rapids marketing, fan engagement, and brand initiatives.
  • Proactive Idea Generation & Value Creation: Continuously bringing new, creative ideas and recommendations to partners that enhance their investment, expand their reach, and deliver measurable value beyond contracted elements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with internal departments including marketing, digital, community relations, game presentation, and sales to successfully execute partnership programs and campaigns.
  • Customer Service & Partner Satisfaction: Delivering best-in-class customer service by being responsive, organized, and solutions-oriented, ensuring partners feel supported, valued, and confident in their investment.
  • Measurement, Recap & Reporting: Tracking partnership performance, gathering insights and metrics, and delivering clear, compelling recap reports that demonstrate ROI and success against partner goals.
  • Fanbase Growth & Brand Relevancy: Supporting and executing partnership initiatives that meaningfully grow the Colorado Rapids fanbase, increase market relevance, and strengthen the club’s presence within the community.
  • Department Culture: Contribute to and uphold a strong, positive department culture by working collaboratively, sharing ideas and best practices, and supporting teammates to drive collective success and continuous improvement.
 
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
  • Typical office conditions
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, including standing at sporting or other events for extended periods of time
  • Occasional travel to other markets for league meetings, client entertainment, and other related business development activity.
 
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
 
Required
  • BS/BA/Other degree in field or related field
  • 1+ year of Partnership, Sales, or related experience
  • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire
 
Preferred
  • Professional, collegiate, and/or media related sales and management experience
  • Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards
 
OTHER
 
Compensation:
  • $55,000 - $60,000 salary
  • Eligible for annual performance bonus
