Role & Responsibilities
The marketing manager will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns that engage supporters, attract new audiences and generate commercial growth.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in leveraging technology, innovation, and sustainability to enhance our marketing efforts. This role involves managing both paid and organic social media strategies, driving marketing campaigns that align with our brand values.
- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy
- Plan campaigns for ticketing, memberships, hospitality, retail and events
- Oversee digital marketing including email, paid social, SEO and website content
- Support commercial partnerships and sponsor activations
- Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI
- Manage agencies and collaborate with content and digital teams
- Manage both paid and organic strategies across social media platforms
- Use analytics tools to measure and improve campaign effectiveness, refining strategies based on fan engagement data
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment across all marketing efforts
