The Elite Development Pathway Talent Hubs look to support the technical, physical, psychological and social development of children aged 6-8 years olds, aiming to identify potential and support development. Roles & Responsibilities: Adapt skeleton sessions to fit the needs of the group to provide the most appropriate level of challenge. Lincoln City Football Club Academy and Lincoln City Foundation are looking for enthusiastic, skilled football coaches to work on our Elite Development Pathway, working with our girls academy programme which consists of two weekly training sessions with a Saturday matchday in the Junior Premier League. The Elite Development Pathway girls academy look to support the technical, individual tactical, unit tactical, team tactical, physical, psychological and social development of girls U13-U16 who are perceived to have a high level of potential. The programme aims to support the development of girls through structured and engaging practices, while monitoring the girls to support the recommendation into the English FA at the right time for the child.
