The Youth Engagement Coordinator will lead, design and deliver high-quality sport and physical activity programmes that engage young people, particularly those from underserved or at-risk backgrounds. 

The role uses sport as a tool to improve physical health, mental wellbeing, personal development and social outcomes, while reducing anti-social behaviour and increasing positive life opportunities.

The role requires a dynamic, motivated, and passionate individual who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of individuals in the community.

The successful candidate will lead on a mix of new and existing programmes, providing the local community with opportunities to increase their physical activity levels and create better healthier habits.
