We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Safeguarding Team as an Academy Safeguarding Manager.  The post holder will act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for West Bromwich Albion FC’s Academy and be the main point of contact for anyone wishing to raise a safeguarding concern or seek advice in line with the Club’s safeguarding policies and procedures. The role will provide effective leadership in safeguarding children and adults at risk, ensuring full compliance with EFL and/or Premier League regulations and relevant legislation, while maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, forward-thinking and proactive individual to join our fully integrated Academy Performance Department as an Academy Performance Nutritionist.  This role is responsible for delivering nutritional interventions and education for academy players. The Academy Performance Nutritionist will deliver the performance nutrition strategy throughout the academy, providing high level, evidence based nutritional support that enhances the performance of academy players and educates key stakeholders throughout the phases. Additionally, the role will require regular and effective communication with the club’s sports science & catering staff to coordinate age-appropriate meal plans.
