Role Overview:

As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant at Luton Town Football Club, you'll play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our supporters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, showcasing your confidence in selling our products.

• Working during home games, upholding a strong work ethic.

• Collaborating effectively with your team, especially in a dynamic retail environment.

• Being the friendly face of the club, assisting fans in finding their desired merchandise.

• Offering product information and pricing details, while efficiently processing payments.

• Promoting any ongoing special offers to enhance our supporters' experience.

• Ensuring our store always looks its best, with attractive and professional product displays.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Confidence in handling financial transactions.

• Availability to work during evening and weekend home games.

• A strong work ethic and dedication to delivering exceptional service.

• A willingness to learn and a genuine passion for our brand.

• The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:

Working hours will be Monday - Friday including weekend and matchdays
