Luton Town FC Community Trust is seeking highly motivated, engaged and enthusiastic FA/UEFA-qualified coaches to deliver community-based football sessions within our Football Development Department. A variety of sessions available from community engagement to our Youth Development centres. These sessions are designed to be fun and engaging while also forming part of our player pathway system. Session locations may vary across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver high-quality community coaching sessions.
· Deliver age and ability appropriate sessions to meet the needs of participants.
· Monitor and assess individual performance during training sessions and games.
· Liaise with your Line Manager regarding participant progress, including the completion of reports.
· Work closely with your Line Manager to ensure expected outcomes are achieved in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
A bit about you:
UEFA C (FA Level 2) Coaching certificate minimum - would consider Introduction to Coaching if in process of completing UEFA C.
Current FA DBS check, FA Emergency Aid, FA Safeguarding Children.
Experience of coaching within a sports development environment – professional club desirable but not essential.
Passionate and enthusiastic about player engagement.

Established in 1885, Luton Town Football Club compete in the second tier of English Football, the Sky Bet Championship. Nicknamed the Hatters after the town’s famous hat-making industry in the early 20th century, the team play their home games at the all-seated and family-orientated Kenilworth Road stadium, where they have been situated since 1905.
