Internship Overview

Each intern receives a customised learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work.

 

Role Expectations

As the HR & Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Intern, you will be expected to:​

  • Maintain and update key HR systems, including the HR Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Learning Management System (LMS).​
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.​
  • Support on the coordination and delivery of EDI initiatives, activations, awareness campaigns, training, workshops and meetings.​
