We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Senior Manager, Partnership Intelligence & Effectiveness.
The Senior Manager is a proactive expert in data, measurement, and effectiveness. They collaborate with stakeholders across the club to ensure access to industry‑leading data and insights, and to build the capability to analyse this information and apply it to every aspect of the Partnerships business.
They lead the Intelligence & Effectiveness Team, ensuring it is structured to deliver across its core priorities. This includes setting and upholding high quality standards for the team’s regular outputs, as well as driving continuous development of the team’s analytical capabilities.
What will you be doing?
1. Lead the identification, curation and analysis of all data and intelligence that underpins and informs LFC’s partnerships business
2. Own the measurement, effectiveness and reporting on partnership performance
3. Manage the delivery of high quality data and research to support the partnership sales effort
4. Lead the Intelligence & Effectiveness team
5. Support strategic and ad hoc projects
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a candidate with significant experience in analytical roles across the sports, media, marketing, or entertainment sectors, with a proven ability to manage and interpret large datasets. The ideal applicant will be adept at leveraging AI and machine‑learning tools to enhance analysis, generate insight, and improve operational efficiency. A strong understanding of sports and marketing datasets, industry‑leading data suppliers, and marketing effectiveness frameworks (including IPA and econometric best practice) is essential. We’re looking for someone with strong commercial acumen who can translate data into compelling commercial narratives, apply structured analytical frameworks to simplify complex challenges, and build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation. High‑level stakeholder influence experience within a marketing leadership environment is also required.
